CLIENT: Bran + Leubbe Gmbh PROJECT: Model 351 Dry foodstuff analyzer MATERIALS & PROCESSES: Structural foam front panel with a lexan "deadfront" and sheet metal shroud. DESCRIPTION: Designed to sit in a food-processing environment, this instrument needed to be durable and easily cleanable with a minimum of dirt-catching edges. So this design uses a deadfront control panel so only those controls that apply at any given time are visible. The structural foam and metal parts can withstand typical cleaning with little or no effect. |
