PROJECT: Omnispense Plus precision laboratory dispenser pump

MATERIALS & PROCESSES: Injection molded ABS enclosure and dispensing hand piece over a sheet metal chassis.

DESCRIPTION: Designed to replace an older unit, this precision pump allows a user to dispense exact amounts of liquids in a lab environment. Depending on the circumstances fluids can be dispensed through the hand piece visible in its cradle on the top of the enclosure or by attaching the dispensing tube to an articulated arm at the back of the unit for unattended pumping. In addition to enclosure design, MH&P also supplied complete production drawings, visual models, artwork, and related services.
